📦 Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and email confirmation from True Try. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud — with a full refund issued.
🔄 Order Modifications
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
